Packages are generally sent within 24 open hours after we've received order and payment except delays for replenishment which are stated.
We can just indicate an approximative delay for shipment to your destination, considering we can't do anything to modify it, using external societies as the French Post or such, to achieve this.
Standard sending mode is "International Colissimo suivi".
Your purchases on our site are shipped "colissimo recommended monitoring and delivery with signature".
We reserve to ourself the right to use any other shipment company available in order to achieve in best conditions the transportation of your items, considering no more charge is added to do so.
Whatever the method of shipping choosen, we will provide as soon as possible a link that allows you to track online delivery of your package.
Shipping charges include packaging, handling and transportation fees. They may contain a fixed and/or variable part based on price and/or weight of your order.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two distinct orders and you will then have to pay postage for each of them.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile products.

Before signing the transport slip, be aware that you have 15 minutes with the delivery person to check the integrity of your order. In no case can the carrier escape, so do not be intimidated, be firm and vigilant: * Check the external general condition of the package. * Open the package to check the content. * Thoroughly inspect your product. - In the event of receipt at the post office or at the carrier, the same rules apply.
- In the event of reception at a relay point, you will not be able to check your package. In case of doubt refuse delivery by providing specific comments on the reasons.
Reminder: The mention "subject to unpacking" has no legal value. Once the transport slip is signed, no further recourse will be possible. These instructions are to be considered with the greatest importance, because you become the owner of your goods as soon as the transport slip is signed.
